  • USA -We gladly offer Free Standard Shipping on most domestic orders.
  • Additional Fees may apply for Special Orders.
  • Your orders may ship in multiple orders/packaging/ multiple carriers.
  • International Countries/Regions – Coming Soon.
  • Your order will ship via Standard Shipping unless you select another shipping method.

Express and Overnight Delivery orders must be received by 12 noon EST to ship out the same day. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes and certain areas including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Samoa, APOs, FPOs, and DPOs, other US territories.

If your order requires any additional information, we will contact you by email. Your order will generally ship Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Contact us for a free return label.

We will refund/exchange the price of the item excluding original shipping and handling fees. Refunds/exchanges are generally processed within 30 days of receipt by JEchols Brand.

Allow 5 – 10 days for us to receive your item back.

1. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

2. You will need to enclose the item/order number.

3. Attach the prepaid label, pack up your items, and ship it back.

4. The product must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition.

5. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

6. If the item was a gift, you will receive a Gift card for the refund.

7. You will receive a Return notification email (once we receive your returned item)

8. If you need to exchange an item follow #2, 3, 4 & 5 above.
